A connection error message

All weekend, my candy crush games gave been screwing up. The Royal Championship didn't work on the Jelly, now I can't log in due to "a connection error message" on Candy Crush, and NONE of them will let me access the store. Everything just keeps loading black.

@perduekg Hi and welcome, The issue you have on CCS is explained below. Unfortunately the only fix for this at present is to uninstal, but in doing so if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
