Hi! I’m new to this group and just created an account 2days ago.
I’ve been playing the game for a long time. I always play on my phone but I’ve never saved my progress (I know, bad!!) I play thru the app on my phone, not thru Facebook. 2 days ago, the app stopped opening. I’ve tried turning off my phone, closing/reopening the app, but nothing works. I can’t clear the cache because I can’t open the app to get to the settings. I’m not sure of the level I’m on but I know it’s over 5000. I’m afraid if I delete the app and reinstall, I’ll have to start back at level 1 and I don’t want to do that.
What can I do? If I reinstall, is it possible to have Player Support manually reinstate my current level?

@PLDAWSON Hi and welcome, Sounds like you have done most of the troubleshooting tips but make sure your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from safari then restart you're device. if after doing this you still have issues , if you did uninstall and did not get your levels back, you can follow post to get your levels manually restored, but bear in mind you will only get your levels restored, no boosters or scores etc, can be restored
