problem with in app purchase - apple

at 12 I bought a promotional package at a price of about € 5.40, where it gave infinite lives other things for 12 hours. The app crashed after a short while after payment was made. it didn't open anymore, it always crashed. I had to delete and reinstall it. I lost both the promotion and the other tools I already had before the promotion. I am thrilled. I called apple and told me to contact you to resolve the issue. my email address associated with the game is alfgrim@libero.it
