Resetting Candy Crush Saga progress.
Good day.
Can someone please help me reset my progress to level one again? I was new to the game and didn't know or think that I might need my gold and gifts I've earned, later in the game more than at that present time. Because I was using them immediately.

@Vandetta Hi, you will need to contact customer support for this just send them a message with your game ID requesting you want it reset to level 1 and they will do this for you. Sometimes the CM can do this but he is away for the holidays and you will get it done quicker through customer support
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game,
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

You can take part in numerous events during the game. There you can accumulate boosters and gold bars again. I did that too. You can also win gold here in the community. There are many events.
