Candy crush saga does not start on my iPhone

Hi, since several weeks ago, the app does not start on my iPhone, while it runs perfectly when I use my Facebook profile but in my pc computer. After selecting the app in my iPhone, the King’s logo is showed during some seconds, but after this, it automatically closes. I have the option to reinstall the app, deleting it and installing it again, but in that case, I will lose all the boosters of my King’s profile.Is there any way to reinstall it without losing the boosters ? Thanks.

@rgrane Hi and welcome, Check you device and game are up to date and clear the cache from safari (important)restart your device and then see if this solves your issue.

If you can back your device up to a cloud it is possible to get your boosters from that back up, but we cannot guarantee this as it is not something we support but may be your only option if above does not work as you may to reinstall or have to wait to see if an update will resolve your issue

Please try also clearing the cache from the safari of your iphone device and restart and try once again and see if it solves your case otherwise i fear you might have to reinstall.
