How has anyone got 1800 stars. They’ve gotta be using hundreds of boosters and dollars. Top of my leaderboard is now 450. I’ve got 129 using no boosters which puts me 10th. The levels are just repeating themselves now and most of them are impossible without extra moves and boosters. I’m content with 10th which will probably be 1 color bomb as a reward

I'd rather have the individual booster challenges. The Star Tournament has no incentive to get to the top if you're far behind. I logged in to get candy box booster, calendar booster, daily spin, and whatever daily match offer is available and left. This is just as useless as the broken Winter Festival challenge.

@Pounawea I played without using additional boosters and reached number 6.
When I pressed "peak" the event disappeared without getting any rewards for it. Very strange. I will probably ignore it in the future. It takes too much time and effort for nothing.
The idea is certainly good, the studio still has to work on the implementation.

Not spending any more time & money on this..what?..to advance where? while waiting for new paths to be added at the gates of debt. Pay me KING to continue

I'm participating in this event all are hard levels.

All are designed to get you to buy further. The games are yes, hard, and are altered from the "normal" game play, with less moves allowed, etc. It's pointless

@Pounawea Nice Tournament I am saving all my boosters and my Gold Bar's for the US Challenge which is coming to the Community real soon, so I don't want to waste any of my bars trying to move up to a level that I am no where near. Thanks for the tag @Diamond Lim .....

It would be nice if levels change every week ...but unfortunately are always the same so it gets very very boring . Add that suddenly somebody who was at the bottom , appears at the top with hundreds of stars . So I just stop playing till the end of tournament . Only then I can upload a new candy crush levels

Got 40 stars and finished in 25th place. The reward was a color bomb. The week before I finished 10th and got a color bomb and a striped/wrapped. The levels just repeat themselves and are very boring. It’s really not worth putting much time into the tournament. People who get over 1000 stars must have more money than sense
