Rank, picture frame and friends have gone!
I am in level 1935 and yesterday I noticed that on the leaderboard, the rank bit has gone. I was ranked #1 with 73 (I think) points. My picture frame has also changed and my friends have gone whom normally show when you have completed a level. Please help! Thank you

The frame and rank have disappeared for many players. Why your friends are not shown could be because you are not connected to Facebook, so King will have selected them at random. A picture would be helpful

@Lizzbizz HI Again, probably not as all my games except king.com are signed in with my Facebook account always have and i have no profile frame in facebook game and its fully connected as i am still getting my rewards and my friends still show no issues on king.com game

@Lizzbizz Hi and welcome, I have the same issue on king.com and facebook. where my picture frame and rank are gone on both devices, but i still have my friends list on both and none of the standard troubleshooting has worked to remedy. yet on my mobile and windows 10 game they are present. Not sure if this may be an issue if it is slowly being removed from the game as win 10 app and mobile app both will need updates to make any changes
Will try to find some information regarding this Monday when CM back in work

Thank you for your reply. As you can see I only have one friend now! And he is a new player to me. The second screen shot shows my profile in the leaderboard, but you can see the rank is missing. Probably because I'm not on Facebook
