Candy Crush Saga 1.195.1.1 on iOS 14.4, iPhone XS Max 256GB.
Tried Reinstall the app without del app data, (I don't want lost any item, so not full uninstall app) restart the device several times, same.
My device also have 150GB+ free space.
Same version no problem on my iPhone 6S Plus / 7 Plus,
Any idea? I don't want fully del the app that lost all item.

Hello and welcome, please check your device and game are up to date, if playing via a browser clear the cache entirely. Log out if possible and restart your device. Then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If still the same and playing via a browser, try using another browser to see if you have the same result.
@Yana28 Hi and welcome, If you have tried all the standard troubleshooting tips and nothing is working. you may need to contact customer support to see if they can look into you issue as it may be device specific.
All i can suggest is wait for next update or do a full uninstall, but in doing this you LOSE any BOOSTERS or stored LIVES. It is possible to back you device up to the cloud and restore it from there and you can get all your items back but we cannot guarantee this will work. Although i have done this in the past with no issues.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
You will get an automated reply but reply to this with help needed and you should here something back from customer support in around 3 days

Problem only appear on iPhone XS Max.
