Seems like you have recurrent issue not receiving gold bars after each purchase. When you received a survey for customers service, it usually means that they have dealt with your issue and request for your feedback.
Perhaps you may counter check whether those gold bars have been refunded to you because only King Support team is in charge in handling issues regarding purchases whilst we are just regular players and members in this Community.
If you still haven't received that gold bar, make sure you follow up with the Support team by replying the same email instead of sending a fresh complain, which may delay the processing time because different person will pick up your case each time you lodge a fresh one.
