Level 1
2 days back I had a major glitch in my app and had to delete it and reinstall. I have lost all my inventory of lollipop hammers, color bombs, striped and wrapped candies etc. now I am stuck on level 5177 which seems to be designed to make me purchase a bundle.
can someone help please?

@ritikashivesh Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself. So if your device or game crashes , you uninstall or even change the device. Your boosters are lost /not transferable
Only if you had any unused purchased boosters you can contact customer support and they should help you with these. Unfortunately free boosters are not restored, unless they do it as a good will gesture.
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
