Over the past two weeks, I am limping along with my levels on Candy Crush Saga - connectivity challenges ... examples: Select Chocolate box and get an error message: "server error-the server cannot be contacted; screen when I try to redeem my gold bars ... no connection ... just buffers with circular circles; only 4 events will show ... I am not getting any boosters ... no video clips to get boosters ...
I DO NOT connect through FACEBOOK but through my I-Phone.
I DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:
I sent in screen shots of the problem as advised by email support. I have heard nothing back.
I have just joined the community hoping I can receive some help.
Do I need to delete the app and re-install.
A confused but avid Candy Crush fan for over 7 years ... without ANY problems up to this point.

Connection issue is a very complex issue and unfortunately it is there for some time now. Please check some below tips and see if it helps you.
Check game and device is up to date ,clear the cache from your app store, or Safari and make sure you have a minimum of 2gb of free storage space log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
You can also try disconnecting your wifi while in the game for 30 seconds and then reconnect or switch from wifi to mobile data to see if this helps.
But if nothing works for you As a last resort you may need to do an uninstall but you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES.

@nelsongr Hi and welcome As explained above the connection issue has been an issue for a lot of people. if you have done all the troubleshooting tips then uninstall might be your last resort., but so you know if you do this you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES. if you have your game saved with a king account your levels and gold bars should be safe.
Also but we cannot guarantee this, but i use iphone and it is possible to back you device up to the cloud and restore your game from this when you have uninstalled and you have a good chance you can keep everything, but as said we can not guarantee this. personally i have done this with no issues

The main reason for your problem, is probably the app error. Before uninstalling the app I will ask you to follow some troubleshooting steps so I am expecting some information from you.
Did you save the game via Kingdom or Apple ID?
Did you receive an error message like this?
