Hello, last week I cannot ask lives from my friends beacuse the list of friends show only one friend of mine. Why? Where are all my facebook friends? The permission on Facebook settings are the right ones as read in forum. I tried to logout & re-login but nothing changed. I tried to uninstall the app and re-install it (as advised in similar questions in this forum!) and all my inventory has DISAPPEARED!!! I had a lot of boosters and some of them were purchased. Where I can I find them? I want them back.
Hello and welcome, do you have the new candy connections feature as friends have gone missing for a few people and due to an issue with Facebook the feature is not working correctly at present. This is being investigated and hopefully when fixed you should be able to get your friends back in the game.
Please note uninstalling the app will lose all your boosters.

You first question sounds like you may have the new Candy connections feature. This is to add friends to your game easier but currently due to a facebook issue it is not currently working correctly, but hopefully this will be resolved soon and then you should be able to get your friends back in your game
Secondly your boosters are stored on the device itself in the case of mobile devices and anybody suggesting you uninstall should advise you that you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERs or LIVES if you uninstall and these are unrecoverable. That is unless you had any unused purchased boosters and then customer support may help you with these
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
