App Suddenly Won't Load on iPhone 8

All of a sudden I'm unable to load Candy Crush on iphone 8. IOS and app are updated, restarted phone many times and the King screen pops up, goes to the next, and then back to the home page.

I've been playing for many years and am pretty sure I set up an account as I have a user name and an avatar but I have no idea which email I might have used to set up my account. Is there a way to trace that back from my user name? I'm over level 8,000 and definitely don't want to go back to square 1! Thanks for any help.

Hello and welcome, please note there is an issue at the moment on the newer iPhones preventing the game loading. This is being investigated at present.

A quick fix is to uninstall but in doing this you would lose any stored boosters and lives.

@bingbang1111 Hi and welcome, If you went the quick fix method and you can not remember your account details, you would need to contact customer support and see if they can help you but it would probably mean you would need to create a new account to get your levels manually restored., but you only get your levels this way and no gold bars. So if you can remeber your account details it would be better

Thanks so much for the information! I hope that it's just a glitch with the iPhone at this point but if not I'm glad to know that I will at least be able to have my levels restored...whew! Thanks again for your help.
