I haven't written for a long time but worth a go!!!
I just accidently deleted my candy app I couldn't believe it I am so gutted and as you probraly know what I had etc I was wondering could you help???
I'm asking because I had 1000 lives and 800 boosters all lost not saved i just haven't used as many because of all the other opportunities for the timed boosters now I have nothing and was hoping you might see a way to help redeem a fraction of what I had

@Guy_Barnett Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself. So if your device or game crashes , you uninstall or even change the device. Your boosters are lost /not transferable
Only if you had any unused purchased boosters you can contact customer support and they should help you with these. Unfortunately free boosters are not restored, unless they do it as a good will gesture.
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Hello and welcome, in the case Phone, your collected boosters and lives are stored in your phone's memory. This stored boosters and lives cannot be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process. You will not be able to transfer the boosters and lives to another device, you will lose all boosters and lives for app uninstalling or crashing.
However, you need to contact our player support to get the purchased boosters and lives back.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
