I have read a lot of posts in the support area about Facebook not sending / receiving lives and it seems there is no definitive solution out there. Only last year I was able to freely send and receive lives to my Facebook friend (only friend who plays CC) and built up the lives nicely in my inbox to over 120 which I would use when special 12hr boosters were in play. Now in the last few months this has significantly reduced to only one or two a day from this person to nothing for days on end despite us being on the phone and telling each other when they have been sent. I am using the latest iOS on my iPhone and have Candy Crush saga on automatic updates (have version 1.197.1.1) and have done most things suggested in other threads such as restart phone, login / logout of Facebook, change to a King account and get friends to do the same....to name a few. Does anyone have a solution to this problem that fixes this issue? It seems to be pretty common and unresolved. Keen to hear from anyone.

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives from Facebook , At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

@CleanUpInAisle5 Hi Again, I would agree but this is not just an issue with the game, most lives are sent through Facebook and every time Facebook do an update to its site this can inevitably happen. Both king and Facebook need to work on resolving these issues and sometime they are a little complex and can take a fair bit of time to resolve
