Why am I not able to buy gold bars in candy crush saga?

Hi there,

please help me with the payment issue in my account on iPad. As soon as I wish to buy gold bars, I get the following message:

“Your payment method was declined. Tap continue and update your payment informing.”

I am using that debit and credit card for online purchases otherwise without any issues. Kindly advise if it is King.com issue or iPad issue?

If you play via king.com. please go to your settings and then payments and make sure all your details are up to date or trying adding a new payment method
