I no longer get lives from anyone. I am not giving any now because of it. Is it because I dumped Facebook? or I don't buy anything? I am at 5025

You should still receive lives from any friends you have on your king account, but will get nowhere near as many as from a Facebook account. If you go to king.com/games and sign in to the game you should see the friends you have in the game and you can also add more friends by email here

I have about 4 people asking me for lives but I never get any from them. I am listed as a novice after hitting 5125 level and probably 5-10 years playing the game.

@caroljoyfree If you have signed in to the king.com game with your correct details then it should sync your levels for your game account. Is your original account a facebook or king account

No, I have not found any help. I am on 5133 on my iPad and iPhone. I was on my laptop Win10 but it froze and when I uninstalled and reinstalled it did not synch with my apple candy crush saga

I see way too many complaints of this happening to others and no result. We are all given the same avatar but no answers

I left FB and apparently lost all my lives from others. I continue to get requests from folks I never saw before. You constantly change the rules to make it better for your side.

Can you help me dump this new game at level 2 I am afraid to touch the apple side. I am not sure of the PW but don't want to mess it up.

This is disgusting
