I have been trying to connect on my laptop with Facebook and cannot get past the “loading”.

Please see post below as maybe you issue regarding allowing tracking
If not You can download the Windows 10 app version of the game as this is a far more stable platform to play on. Otherwise you could use this until the Facebook issue is resolved.

Six hours and still counting. Whoever's fault this it, be Facebook or King it is taking a long time to fix it.

I also noticed that the game is taking a while to load on the Facebook platform and this is probably a temporary problem. Have you tried refreshing the page?

Of course, no effect on reloading the game page. Many members in my Facebook group have the same problem.

if you have Windows 10,go to Microsoft store and download the app, it works!

I have just tried messing around with the facebook settings and tracking and when i changed this i can get the game to load, but as soon as i turn it off again i get the same issue with not loading. Can you try this to see if your game loads, i did have to refresh the page after turning it on the second time, also taking around 2 minutes to load
Go to facebook settings
Privacy and security
Turn on send a do not track
Let us know if this works or not as a few people have the issue

It is fixed now. On Google Chrome and Edge.
