Level 5613

I am stuck on level 5613, and there seems to be some kind of error on the level for me. At the bottom of the board, there are candies locked in with an “X”; however in the top 2 locked boxes, the candies are missing. This is making it nearly impossible to get to the key at the bottom. When I checked YouTube and other help forums, the level had striped candies coming down from the top middle and either sides, but I do not have this. I don’t know why my board looks different, but it seems nearly impossible.

The news from the level designer was that the issues have been fixed. So please check you device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue. If not let us know and will tag the level designer to your post

Thank you, but unfortunately I am still having the same issue despite logging off and restarting. I also checked to make sure I have the most recent version and I do.

We could only fix the levels we were aware of today, but I will add this to the list of levels that need fixing. We are working on finding a way to get all levels back to how they're supposed to be, but for now we have to fix them as we go 😊
