I am having trouble logging into my account on either my Kindle fire or my phone.

It gives me a message there was a connection error. Please try again later. I have tried to sync my devices to no avail. I'm at a loss as what to do to be able to connect to collect bonuses.

If you have a connection error problem with your game app and the problem is similar to the picture below, you need to fix the connection problem by reinstalling the game app.

If you reinstall the game app, you will lose unsaved game progress (You pass any level since the problem start) and boosters which were saved in device memory.

Unfortunately the error your receiving has no fix at present. All you can do is uninstall and reinstall the app, but as this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
