I’m not able ho log in to my user account

For few days I haven’t been able to log into my account. I just receive a note: connection problem, try again later. What to do?

If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.

If this is the error you are receiving below, unfortunately there is no fix for this issue at present and all you can do is uninstall and reinstall the game, but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
