I'm not receiving lives sent by friends on mobile app. When is this going to be fixed????

I am not receiving lives sent by my friends when playing Candy Crush on my iPhone. It is truly annoying! The recent update does not also show the progress of all of my friends and all of my friends are not appearing on my Friends tab. Maybe this is a sign to walk away from playing Candy Crush....there are too many bad issues going on that makes me not even want to play....ughhhhh!

Hello @dmpleasant In case you are struggling to see the answer to your question in Freddy's link the short answer is that there has been a 'temporary' (there words, not mine) error with Facebook. This means that many Facebook users are having issues sending and receiving lives from their friends. This temporary issue has been going on since Oct 2020, but rest assured that the Game Team are looking at the issue.
The recent update does not also show the progress of all of my friends and all of my friends are not appearing on my Friends tab.
Similarly any issue to do with Facebook friends disappearing is probably related to another long running technical issue with an update. The update was called Candy Connections, but since its introduction in March of this year it hasn't worked and everyone affected is just waiting for a fix.
