Hello @bseverance5787 and welcome to our friendly community!
Sometimes there can be a temporary glitch. If you turn off the platform you are playing on and turn it back on after 10-15 seconds it will usually clear up the issue. Also you might try clearing your cache and make sure you have the latest version of the game.
