So I often get the chance to watch a video for lives or a gift etc however since the last update the video plays, counts down to the 5 secs or 30 secs and then………nothing!!!! I get a completely blank screen which despite leaving it for up to ten minutes doesn’t go away. I’ve to come out of the game and restart the App and I therefore lose any prizes obtained. It’s very irritating!
live deleted and reinstalled the App to no avail. Only happens on iPad and no on iPhone.
Anyone have any ideas……..l

Hello there, you can be broken in gently since it's your first post (so far).
You'll probably have to wait until the next game update for that issue to be rectified; but since you deleted & reinstalled the game on your Apple device (which is a last resort/no-no), your boosters/received game lives are reset to zero.
If you've paid for anything (hopefully you haven't), then go here.
It's not you, it's them (King)...
