I recently purchased a small package for 5. It included an hour worth of play on color bombs striped balls etc. unbelievable that it didnt say you need enough lives to carry you through the hour! After three minutes my lives were gone my package gone and my money gone… this was a big rip off! Im requesting a refund on this as I didnt get to use it.

Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

@RHafey I'm sorry this happened to you, but I don't think that you can get a refund for that! From what I understand, you got all the boosters you purchased. If something was missing from the bundle, you could ask for your money back. But there wasn't. 🤷♀️ It's unfortunate that you didn't notice the absence of unlimited lives on the bundle you chose, but I doubt that the company will feel guilty about that!

The Lives are needed in order to play and every time you fail a level you will lose a Life.
The game has 5 in-game Lives that reload every 30 min. and to be able to play when you're out of Lives you can either purchase more Lives or ask for Lives from friends.
Some of the bundles also includes Unlimited Lives for a certain amount of hours, which means you can play as much as you want during that time.
