Lost my Candy Necklace again when I went to play Level 17900. @QueenB @PummyRaj is this fraudulent activity now to become a common practice ?
As I said, I received no response from Player Support. I only received the below when I sent my message:

Thank you for sharing this and I know it’s frustrating not to see certain features like Candy Royale or the Episode Race, especially as a high-level player.
The way these features work is that they’re rotated among groups of players, allowing the studio to test and balance each feature. This means that while you may not have them now, there’s always a chance you’ll be added to the rotation in the future.
As for the the Candy Necklace, it has been flagged and I have been chasing for updates but seeing that this only happens to very few players and the team has not been able to reproduce this issue yet, it will need more investigation which will take time 😕
We truly appreciate having dedicated players like you, and I’ll make sure to pass along your feedback about how much these events mean to you🍬

I've checked with Player Support and the only registered message they have received is the one with the Ticket #14813016.
Can you please share with me the new ticket# that you should have received when sending the new message via the game app? You should have received another automated response with a new ticket ID.

@QueenB @Peter_Tornaros You are correct Peter. They definitely do not want high level players or those that play on windows 10. @QueenB disregard my post please. Support cannot help nor you I will move on. You will not hear from me again on these issues. Thanks for your time.
@QueenB @PummyRaj I, again, lodged the Candy Necklace problem with Customer Support. I did it exactly as you told me @QueenB. 2 days on, I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement !!!!
I think the never ending quest to extract money from "newbie" players is now the prime aim and higher level players are irrelevant.
@QueenB I never had candy royal as well. It would be nice to get that as well. BTW I have tried not playing new levels in hope that I would get the episode race or the candy royale but that did not work either. ID14207161654. What or how many levels do I not need to play to get these events or to keep my necklace @QueenB ?
@QueenB @Peter_Tornaros I also lose my necklace on a regular basis. I haven't really complained a lot about it. I try and just try to move on but lately it's been getting under my skin. The episode race is something I have complained about for over a year and now to constantly lose my necklace is really beginning to brother me. I can't understand why this cannot be corrected. Since I never get the episode race the lost of the necklace really has effected my game play. @QueenB there must be some way to correct these issue in our game. I play on windows 10. It it just that they cannot fix issues with windows 10? Is mobile more important? Peter has complained many times about the necklace but it's still happening. I kinda figured when they fix his mine would also be fixed but it seems they cannot or will not fix the issue therfore today I decided to add my complaint. On the episode race I see other high level players have it why not me? Am I blacklist for some reason? My ID again is 14207161654 there has been no cheating in my game of 12 years so I can't see any reason for or if I am blacklisted. I need these basics in my game as others have in their's. Necklace and episode race there's no reason not to have those. @QueenB sorry for the long post.

I continually keep losing my Candy Necklace and with it my win streak. I have complained about this many times on the Community. A community manager has replied to me advising the Games Studio has been informed of the problem a number of time and that as nothing is done, I should contact Customer Support. I am playing the Win10 version on my PC. My Game ID is 2070040131.

Hi @Peter_Tornaros I do not know what to say about your issue to be honest. When you lose something like the Win Streak, or the Weekly Contest, or the Episode Race through no fault of your own the lack of any real acknowledgment or response from King is galling to say the least.
I know Candy Crush is just a game and shouldn't be taken too seriously, but people take a lot of pride from doing well at pastimes that they enjoy. King has been in this business a long time and they should understand this aspect of their customers behaviour and respond accordingly when mistakes happen.
Personally I think the way in which King refuses to take ownership of the problems is the biggest issue here rather than the game issues.
I know for a fact that they can reinstate a lost Win Streak because when I stopped playing for three weeks when I started again they gave me a three level Win Streak. Now I don't know if this means that they can provide a Win Streak of any value, but it definitely means that when a player loses their Win Streak due to a problem caused by King then they can reinstate a Win Streak at a level higher than zero.
On top of everything else you might be just caught up in the issues that seem to be effecting a lot of players at the moment. No Episode Race and disappearing Win Streak are issues being complained about by a lot of people.
Even Boybinary has been caught up in all of these issues as he lost his Episode Race through no fault of his own. This sort of behaviour is nothing but a cause of frustration for players' as when King removes a feature from your game the very least they can do is reinstate it at the same position they removed it. When Boybinary lost his Episode Race when they reinstated it he was shown as having lost the race. Plainly they had just let the clock continue to run in this case and as the other players are recordings their time was unaffected by the removal of the feature, but Boybinary lost time and therefore lost the race. Totally unfair and exasperating as we know King can remove and reinstate the Episode Race without causing us to lose because they have done so in the past.
All that said Peter you need to understand that King aren't going to change, so you really need to decide if you want to keep playing and therefore validate their behaviours.

I totally understand your frustration with the Candy Necklace issue. I’ve shared your feedback with the studio team, but I don’t have the power to enforce any changes directly.
Since this has been an ongoing issue for you, I’d recommend reaching out to Player Support to file a formal report. They can document your experience and escalate it as needed.
I know it’s not ideal, but it’s another way to make sure your voice is heard.

This is fraudulent activity, bordering on theft, and should be reported directly to Management seeing the Designers have absolutely no intention or are incapable of fixing the problem

Hey @Alienscar The disappearing problem with the Candy Necklace still exists. I have raised it numerous times with @QueenB.
My Candy Necklace still hasn't returned. I am really livid about this and class it as theft !! I compare it to, walking into a shop, buying a carton of milk and after you pay, the store owner takes the milk back off you !! It is unethical behavior at the highest level and the rudeness shown by the Moderators in not replying is disgraceful !!
Hi @kathy1953 Sorry if this is a daft question, but are you sure you haven't received your rewards? I have seen other posts on here about missing Necklace rewards, but it was a misunderstanding and those people did not realise that the Necklace rewards are automatically included in the next level that you play. You don't receive rewards form the Necklace that you can claim.
