I seriously need help lol

As previous stated I lost all progress. It was connected to my fb and it is not showing up. Boosters are greyed out as well no matter how far along I get. I was on level 2467 and my progress was at 53. It still shows 53 but it’s making me start from the beginning and every time I I open the game it makes me restart from the beginning. I really need help lol
