I cant spend any of my gold bars? I have a constant buffer circle and it says can't connect with app

I cant connect to app store to spend my gold bars?? States it cant connect to app store? My internet in on, I'm hooked up to wifi, everything else works. HELP!!!

@mindyk82 have you done any troubleshooting? If not, these are the steps:

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
