Skipping Levels Without Playing

I am having an issue where the game keeps skipping me ahead an episode every time I log in even though I haven’t played the levels let alone beaten the levels. I am supposed to be on level 432 but the game has me at level 561.

I have already tried logging out and back in. I have also tried deleting the app restarting my phone and then reinstalling the app and nothing is fixing it. I tried emailing help centre but I just keep getting automated emails with links that are of no help. Someone please help me so I can get back to playing the game.

@blueberry16 you must reply above the line pointed out in the email if you want support to answer you properly. Otherwise, they'll keep sending you those automated responses for ever! 🙄😒

Play any level . Closed the game and Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

If not works Please report this to our Player Support Team here. and tell your Game ID there. and for sub toppic . Game not saved.

Hello @blueberry16 this issue has happened before and in those cases our CM @Crazy Cat Lad helped by restating the players levels.
