Help needed after update

I have updated Candy Crush but cannot play the game as has spent the last 3 days just 'buffering '

I don't appear to do anthing

I have deleted the app then gone to App Store downloaded the app again but it is just buffering

 Can anybody help me

I have even downloaded Candy Crush Soda and that is just buffering 

I cannot do anything to either stop it or fix the issue

So both Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda are both buffering after download and install 

Help me fix this issue

Any help would be fantastic

Hello @159327 Bruce, welcome, would you log out of the game first and then clear the cache from your app store or browser. If you let us know what device you use will try to advise you how to do this. Then after clearing cache you restart your device and log back in.

If the steps HERE doesn't help, please play via the Windows app instead until the game is working for you again.

You can download the Windows app from HERE if you have a Windows PC, when opening the game, connect it to your Facebook to sync all levels.

I cleared all icons as requested

re loaded as requested

i am using Apple I phone 5

stlil buffering new installed icon

 very frustrating - help please
