Iâve been having this issue for the past few weeks. It also still gives a notification that Iâve completed one chocolate from the previous box after every level.
Hi Thank you for replying , mean better you have screenshoot of the winning rewards and reported to the player support team , but for the Chocolate Box this issues has being investigated.
I won but didnât get the tokens
sorry I won the deluxe chocolate box and havenât got the gold bars abs itâs been 15 min

Hi,
I couldnât open my finished gold deluxe chocolade box for two days because of a âsever errorâ. All the other events worked just fine. I read on this forum that this was known issue so decided to wait a bit, but now the box has disappeared stating that it wasnât finished in time. And the normal box has appeared again. How can i still get the reward?

I've done the troubleshooting steps...restart, logout, clear cache, update, etc. Still getting the server error for days.
