It’s not fixed. I even deleted the app and reloaded it losing all my boosters and it worked until I got to the third box as it does every time and then I get this error. Playing on iPhone 12…latest iOS update and latest version of the app.
My candy box just keeps saying server couldn't be contacted. If it isn't going to work maybe we could have a replacement of another game to get rewards. Thank you
I lost Candy Box ages ago. It disappeared as soon as that Kardashian woman was removed. I also can't access anything via King.com anymore. I've asked support about it SEVEN times, but there's been no help. I'm starting to think no one cares about customer service or keeping the game working.

This Server error with the Chocolate Box is now fixed, but you will need to download the latest update to get the fix in your game.
If you still have issues after updating the app and restarting the device, please let us know and post also the app version you have installed.
But for your info, I also do get the feeling things still ain't sorted at all. Lots of people have done all these steps but it didn't help them. Please have another look at it.

What version of the app is the correct one.. the Android store has no update today or yesterday in the U.K.... so what version are we looking out for please

Same here....Google store for Android doesn't give manual updates whenever we want. Have to wait when it's going to be released.....

well It seems to be customer service has gone down hill with alot of things. Thanks for the info though!!!!
I have version1.214.0.1 and I am getting a "server error" on my chocolate box still.
