I'm afraid this is a temporary server problem. Unfortunately from the Community we cannot solve it. You would have to contact technical support directly from your game. As a suggestion, before contacting clear cache and restart the device, it may work. I would also try to follow the "forgot my password" link from the message saying that your account already exists.

Remember to let them know the email address of the account you are using and choose "Game didn't save" as the subtopic in the form.
