Was abled to watch adds with no problems with nine but now with android 11 a lot of the time they won't play! Why?

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login
Also make sure you have at least 2gb of storage space on your device

I would say the why of the problem is unknown at the moment @Gary_Fogle but I don't think the issue is confined to Android 11. I use Android 6 and have had issues with ads not playing and causing the game to crash.
Also issues with adverts have been going on for some time
