We do we read and monitor all comments here in the Community.
However, we cannot handle any purchase issues here in the Community since we don't have access to to your payment details, nor your game account on the site here.
Please check the page HERE that @kiara_wael already posted. There you can find help on how to get a refund depending on the device you play on or how to email Player Support to get the purchase compensated.
@ade23 There is no third party company involved. All compensations are handled by us at King, but you will need to email our Player Support who handles these. As mentioned, we in the Community do not have access to your game account, but Player Support has. So please email them regarding any purchase issues.
The refunds are handled by the platforms through whom you make all in-app purchases with in all your games and apps on your device. As mentioned, we in the Community do not have access to your payment details, but Apple, Google, Facebook etc has through your Apple-ID, Google Play or Facebook account.

@ade23 Since Player Support handles all purchase issues and the platform providers the refunds, therefore you will need to contact them directly to get a purchase refunded or compensated.
