Hello, I'm sorry to see that you are so upset. I've had purchases not come through and King eventually reached out to me and offered a refund.

I purchased the 7.99 bundle for getting all the scrolls and didn't get all the gold bars, was supposed to be 70 bats and only got 40. This happened one time before it's getting to where I don't want to purchase things because you get ripped off.

We do we read and monitor all comments here in the Community.

However, we cannot handle any purchase issues here in the Community since we don't have access to to your payment details, nor your game account on the site here.

Please check the page HERE that @kiara_wael already posted. There you can find help on how to get a refund depending on the device you play on or how to email Player Support to get the purchase compensated.

I shouldn't have to go through a third party to resolve my issue. Do you not realise that issues such as this reflect badly you as the game owner or do you just not care?

@ade23 There is no third party company involved. All compensations are handled by us at King, but you will need to email our Player Support who handles these. As mentioned, we in the Community do not have access to your game account, but Player Support has. So please email them regarding any purchase issues.

The refunds are handled by the platforms through whom you make all in-app purchases with in all your games and apps on your device. As mentioned, we in the Community do not have access to your payment details, but Apple, Google, Facebook etc has through your Apple-ID, Google Play or Facebook account.

Sounds like another pass the buck exercise. Why do I need to contact player support? Why can't you contact player support and then they can contact me?

@ade23 Since Player Support handles all purchase issues and the platform providers the refunds, therefore you will need to contact them directly to get a purchase refunded or compensated.

It is not secure to post any account, player or game information and details here in a public comment, therefore you will need to email Player Support directly so they can help you out.
