We are experiencing a temporary connection issue which is affecting Candy Crush Saga and many other of our games at the moment.

This issue may give various connection errors with events, purchases, video ads or connecting to your game account (Facebook and King account).

We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

If you made a purchase and didn't receive your purchase because of this connection issue, you should receive the items automatically when the incident is over.

    will we receive our credits? plus it appears that time for candy bomb and such are missing.

  • I have just paid for a pack, I have been stuck on the level for days, I finally gave in and paid for a pack to help and have received nothing for over 2 hours despite rebooting my phone. Needless to say I’m furious as have no extras, my free items have now expired and I’m stuck on the same level, I don’t want the pack now, it’s no good to me now I have to start the same one again with no extra items at the start

    I purchased a package in candy crush for £8.99. After a long time a message came up saying purchase unsuccessful. I did not receive the package. I purchased it again and , after a delay, it went through ok. But now I see that both purchases have been taken out of my PayPal account. Will you refund please?

    I've paid for the gold 10 pcs on 2/12 and stuck the game. I didn't receive the 10 gold. Pls solve this problem asap. Thanks.. AMOST PASS THE LEVEL AND COULDN'T ADD ON THE GOLD TO CONTINUE TO PLAY. TOO BAD 😪

    I used 10 of my gold bars to get the 5 extra moves, it kept freezing never gave me the moves but took my 10 gold bars.. how do I get them back??
