Game is locked when viewing ads. Black screen. Why?

Me and my brothers are experiencing this on other games

The game keep jamming. The support from King is non-existent. Maybe better to find another game from another company.

That surprises me. I was under the impression that @kiara_wael was representing the company.

Join the club @Goldenkorv there is a long list of unresolved issues that are leaving King's customers disappointed.

Chocolate Box, King.com login, adverts crashing the game, no Episode Race post level 10,000 the list goes on.

Note that no one here is trying to fix this issue as none of us work for King.

I must say that I am disappointed at your efforts to fix this issue. It is quite frequent and should not be too difficult provoke.

It definitely seem to be related to one of the ADS that gets jammed somehow.

Hello @Goldenkorv the issue of adverts causing people to restart their game is a year old now, even though we have been told that it is under investigation. There is currently no fix for this issue and all you can do is avoid playing the adverts.

For some the issue is only caused by some of the adverts and not all, so if you wait you might find that the issue resolves itself as the faulty adverts are replaced by adverts that work.

I did all of what you what proposed. The problem is still there.

I am convinced that there is a problem with one of the ads.

This is a temporary problem. please check your game is up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your cache. the log out and restart your device and then log back in

Also make sure you have at least 2gb of storage space on your device
