Tree Tapper is a risk game, even if you win the booster you will lose the entire booster in the next step if you get stuck in the next step after winning the booster. However you will find some tips and detailed information about the event by following the video below and video description.

I've tried the old log out and back in and it seems to have sorted it for me. Once you click give up it's supposed to give you the collected prizes.

Hi can you help i get tree topper prizes but am unable to collect them and have to keep going until i land on the sleeper. How do i collect as ther is no collect button to press??

The tree Topper event is fun but risky and you can lose the winning boosters at any time if you are unlucky. There will be 5 gift boxes on each step of the tree, in one of which the Troll is lurking. If you unfortunately find the Troll instead of booster in the gift box from a step, you will lose all the winning boosters or you can skip the step using the gold bars. If you think you have already won much booster or don't want to risk it again, you can exit from any step with the won boosters you get using the '' Give up 'option.
You will find in the video below how I got back into the game with the prize after passing 10 steps.

If i use the give i lose the prizes already won how can i keep them

Yeah I have done all that and there is no "Collect" option I just lose everything I've earned.

There's no collect option on mine either. If you have successfully built some prizes up, clicking 'give up' should let you quit and then collect your items. But obviously wont work if it gets you before that.

Why is it every time I climb the vine I never receive all the boosters I win? I always get shorted at least one.
