Twice, the Tree Topper game didn't give me my rewards. I am also one of the ones who still don't have the chocolate box. Any way to fix?

I picked correctly more than 15 times without winning anything. I collected 598 gold bars worth of booster with nothing won!! What can you do for me?!

To restart the feature, do the standard troubleshooting by logging out, restarting, and logging back in.
