My tree topped wins disappeared before I was able to play ,😠
I did the Tree Topper game and I won 1 and 1/2 hours of the stripes and bag bomb candie, 1/2 hour of the fish, as well as 1/2 hour of the coconut wheel. I claimed my prizes and have not received them. I also claimed my prizes from my team goal and did not receive my hour of the color bomb. How can I get these if they're not showing up?

In fact, the Tree Topper event is a risky game and there are chances to win prizes in each stage of this game but with the risk of losing the entire prize in each stage that you have already won from this game. HERE you will find details about how the event works.

For any missing rewards you can email Player Support directly from the game or you can contact them Here, please include you game ID
You may want to do some shooting to see if that brings you a resolve
Please log out, update your game App, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

The Tree Topper sure is tricky! You may have chosen to keep playing instead of claiming your rewards and lost them :( But that doesn't mean you can't try again! Good luck and cheers :)

I sent a form regarding this issue, which I'm STILL having. I select "Give up" and claim my rewards, and most of the rewards are missing.
There isn't any response when using that form. They sent me an automated email back that told me to post about the issue on this forum. Does the support team actually read any of the bug reports people send them?
