Hi, I also lost my ads after having bought in the play store! That is very annoying. Please return the video ads for getting boosters, moves and lives.

I also haven’t had the ads ever since I started playing cc again. I saw some people playing it and they have the ads to watch that helps them. 🥺

Hi, up until recently they used to give me a chance to win boosters and extra lives if I agreed to watch ads on my phone - never had this feature on Tablet or Laptop, just the phone. Now it's gone. Did this happen to anyone else?

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Yes I am in the same boat not free daily video shows up any more I have never used any money for this game at all

I think it has happened to me Pam. I used to get adverts through the play button and at the end of a game, sweet cinema and air delivery. All of this hasn't been working for weeks.
My Sweet Cinema is still showing in my Events though, so I am hoping that after the All Stars is over my advert features might start working again. That is, I am thinking that King has tried to level the playing field by removing adverts for people taking part in the All Stars.
