Update: things did work out for me, but not smoothly. ๐
They credited my 10 missing bars to the wrong account (my other one), which I don't quite get as I included screenshots showing what the gold bar # was initially and then after receiving the bars from the choco box--a # that's different from the total gold bars on my other account.
It could be that using my associated email account with the account that received the credit confused them, but if that was the case, they could've asked about why the gold bar count wasn't matching in my screenshots. ๐๏ธ
Overall, the end result was more than I was expecting, so I can't really gripe after the fact. ๐
