My deep dish pizza is the best
If I were to host a gala party..I'd make something simple and make low country boil and just pretzels dipped in chocolate. Something simple.
Depending on what you want in the low country boil..I usually put
Potatoes..sausage..shrimp..and onions.
You want to boil the potatoes first for about 8 minutes..then add in the sausage for about 5 min..then put the shrimp in for 3 minutes. You don't want the shrimp all rubbery.
It's your decision on what to put in there to bring out the taste..I just use salt and pepper.
This is a panne cotta is my favorite gala dinner with the red fruits. 😋🍒👍🏻
I used to be a gala when I was very yummy this one.
Prime rib is a winner at any occassion
I would treat guests to a lovely tower of cookies and cream puffs 😋
If I were to host a gala dinner it would be a buffet of cold and warm salmon/seafood dishes & appetizers
My recipe for pic #1
Ingredients: 40 cooked king prawns
For the vinaigrette:
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 limes
2 garlic cloves cut in 4
Fennel green
2dl olive oil
6 tbsp cream
Bring the first 4 ingredients to near boiling, take of the fire and let to cool. Poor into a sieve. Stir the obtained juice together with the olive oil and the cream. Season with pepper and salt.
For the vegetable cocktail:
2 tomatos
1 fennel
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
1/2 cucumber
6 tbsp mayo
Peel the tomatos and pepper, clean and cut in small cubes of about 1/2 cm.
Cut the fennel and cucumber in small cubes and chop the onion finely. Put the veggies and onion together and stir with 10 tbsp of the vinaigrette. Put 2hrs in the fridge. With the rest of the vinaigrette you can eventualy make a sauce by mixing it with the mayo.
Put sliced lettuce on a round dish, the vegetable cocktail in the middle and the prawn kings around. Decorate with fresh dill and serve the sauce separate.

My favorite menu in any eating occasion is SATAY. A Malaysian dish consisting of small pieces of meat grilled on a skewer and served with a spiced sauce that typically contains peanuts.
What do you think @Diamond_Lim and @wykoon? Acceptable as one of favorite dishes in any eating occasions?
