Two of my players were also taken away. Their name still appears but apon contacting them they said it has disappeared for them. Our team now has 3 players not 5 and the points needed to pass has gone from 5000 to 7000. How is that fair. I am pretty fed up at this moment. If the new owners think this is fair they are very wrong. I have been here since the beginning (minus the first 6 months) and this is very messed up.

They can’t tell me this is just “normal”. Nothing normal about it and I have not seen one post that is not a negative one re F5!

Who told you something was 'normal'? Normal was when ff worked... Why would anyone come to a Support Page to post something positive? The reason we need Support is because something has gone wrong. But obviously they don't care.

Hello carkatbru there is nothing you can do to force a particular feature to appear in your game. The only way you will get it back is if King realise the error they have made and they return it to you.
If you read the discussion that Kiara has linked above you will see that you aren't alone in losing your Fantastic Five.
