King has decided to remove the feature from certain players.
Kindly help to fix this problem as soon as possible .Thanks
I am sorry, but there is no fix for this issue. Once King remove a feature the only way to get it back is if King returns it.

That was a complaint that I was told by King this mess is normal. Maybe you misunderstood my complaint. I donāt think itās normal and I have complained. Itās bad business that affects us players negatively. I think they should fix it!

Don't worry, Fantastic 5 is a feature that can disappear for some time and reappear later. It is not permanent in the game, like other functions, make sure you always have the app up to date.

Well crap, thought I figured a workaround for this FF snafu... created a new group using another account and invited everyone who was in the old group. Worked fine for everybody else, but even with the special invite from King, I still don't see it from this account! What a pisser!!
Remind me, WHAT is the point of having a Support Page if you don't provide any support???

Welcome to the 'screwed' club... there's nothing you can do about it and King doesn't even look at their so-called Support Page. I've been complaining about it for 3 weeks, not a peep from anyone at King.
What is the point of calling it a Support Page if they don't even look at it???

This iui s a huge thread regarding the missing FF. It seems to me that King should have restored the game feature to everyone by now. The real question is has it been restored to anyone? Yes, a game moderator, Sukanta Biswas. That was back on March 9th, page 2 of this thread. Perhaps a good explanation of how that happened for THEM and not one other person.
