I'm about ready to stop playing this game... I purchased a package back on the 15th and as soon as it went thru, I have not been able to use my gold bars.... don't understand why it is taking so long to fix...If and when it gets resolved I hope they give us credits in forms of gold bars and boosters... not our fault... especially for the amount of time we have had to endure using what we paid for.... :-(
I have no problem with game loading... it started when I made a purchase, first with an error message saying they were working on it... I can NOT use my gold bars nor any follow up purchases... never done this before.. Purchasing IS an issue that has already been shown in support comments
Hi dear @jimoppelt there is an mojor issue of games lover but stay in because this issue may be bacause of hacking game for some extra gold bars 🙂 or cheating of peoples cause destroyed the games funs but after resolving issue i hope its mych better And more secure game stay connected keep smiling 😊
