Almost three years ago, I went to San Francisco to see my daughter, my three-month-old grandson. The longest flight for me, it was pleasant. Ha what a pleasure to see my youngest daughter again, her baby in her arms, I remain moved. My daughter made me visit her adopted city, meet her friends, I cuddled Leon, take care of him... My husband being in France, will come with me one day soon.

My greatest adventure was wen I was 10yrs old my mom & dad took me & my brother down n the hills of Kentucky, went 2 look through the cave down there. (Mammoth Cave)

Hi, I really like to travel to visit cities in the world, one of which is the historical city in Egypt, namely Alexandria, Adventure alone or with friends. traveling from one city to another makes for a different experience.

A few years ago on a trip to Kootenay Valley, British Columbia, Canada we visited a hidden natural hot spring that had been recommended. Think it was called Whiteswan. To get to it we drove along a rustic logging road, looking over the edge some 300ft. below. When we arrived to an area to park there was a change room/shed, then we walked down a steep walkway quite a distance to the hot spring. Sitting in the hot spring pool next to a roaring, freezing river was the highlight of our trip.

I moved to Norway in 2008. There are plenty of mountains here in the village i live at. Most are around 2000 metres. I have climbed a few, still about half a dozen left to climb. I want to do them all by the end of next summer. My wife climbs about 20 times a year, i just think she is a show off!! :)

The views are amazing when you get to the top.

The other extreme, i love snorkelling when i am on holiday, seeing the amazing life underwater, Mountains and underwater are a wonderful part of the planet, that man hasnt managed to ruin yet. We are doing our best with the plastic and rubbish in the waters. Lets hope we listen and fix our disgusting habits, before it is too late.
