Connection error on sign in?

I opened up candy crush as normal, saw I was logged out. I have tried to sign back I but it keeps saying connection error. There is nothing wrong with my connection. How can I resolve this?

So sorry this happened to you :( It happened to me too. It seems the best thing to do is just use your boosters regularly so they can’t be lost.

Yes I do! It hasn’t happened on my other King games, only candy crush

It appears your game app has been damaged. To solve this problem you should reinstall the App, but keep in mind that by doing this you will lose your boosters and your lives. If your game is connected to a King or Facebook account, your progress and gold bars will not be lost.

I'm sorry because your game app is corrupted and you need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels but your problem will be solved.

I have lost everything :( I had so many boosters having played this game for years.
