💌 Lives inbox - How does it work? New Update!

I wish they would at least add a message saying weither or not the life was sent sucessfully instead of just saying “life sent” ✅. Even though it is unknown if they actually got it because their life inbox might be full.

Am I the only one who is mad about the new lives rule? We are only allowed to accept 10 (?) Lives from friends in 24 hours ? I think it said 10. Why is there a limit on the amount allowed now ? Just to force people to spend money. I am to the point of deleting the game altogether. Am I the only one ? If we want to send each other lives, we should be allowed to accept as many as our friends are willing to send us. The price for everything keeps going up, now this. As if it is not bad enough dealing with inflation for everything in our lives, now Candy Crush wants us to spend our money. So much for playing this game to try escaping the stress of real life.

What are the numbers and stats in your Lives inbox referring to?

Does the lives sent from friends have a new limit? What does this all mean?

Candy Crush Saga now has a new capacity limit of Lives in the game.

You can easily check how many requests, lives and how many lives you can claim by going to your inbox and the Lives tab in the game:

-The number to the left, the broken heart, shows how many Life requests from friends you have waiting.

-The Envelope in the middle shows how many Lives you have in your inbox and up to how many Lives you can have stored.

-To the right you can check how many Lives per day you can claim from your inbox. This limit will automatically reset at midnight.

I agree I contacten King.com abouth several times. Only 10 lives when you are a daily player is not enough. You have to wait for a day to get the next day 10 lives.

In the new version of candy crush

i seen that i cant get lives from my friends more than 5 lives in a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the worst update released

I agree! I have always played on the computer and WOW after getting my cellphone and watching commercials to get lives and extra moves. Also, getting help and extra hammers, etc. It felt like I made some progress...now this crap changes it to being back like the computer. What I earn and ask for should be mine if given to me. I will quit the game if it stays this way.

My guess @Ei, because no one in charge is willing or able to tell us, is that your 24 hours starts from when you use the last of your daily limit lives. That is, we know we are allowed to receive say 5 lives a day so I am guessing once you have used the last of your allowed 5 you can't use any more of your stored lives until 24 hours has passed.

I have said elsewhere this s a tone deaf change by King and shows how little use this forum is as a means of providing feedback to King.

Whilst the only communication language allowed by this site is English it appears that not everyone understands English and you will probably find that your post gets misunderstood and moved to the life collection thread.

What's even more ironic is that if I send a issue to Customer Support they always recommend you come to this forum for support. So my question is where does CCS Support actually come from? My first guess is absolutely nowhere

Firstly, mine doesn't look like that. My max is 50. I'm well below that and still can't get lives. Friends sent them, I request them and nothing. Please tell whomever thought this was a good idea, go find another job. They obviously don't care about the game or your loyal players. To add insult to injury, you send me a survey asking if I'm having difficulty paying bills, worrying about Ukraine, our poor economy and high gas prices. I think King is gonna give us a break. Hell NO. You ask me if I budget for game play. When I said no, you had the ordasity to ask why? I've got no respect left for King. So my one question is why am I not receiving lives? I don't want your scripted answer telling me I need to read the new rules. WHY AM I NOT GETTING LIVES?

Thank you for ruining the game.

This is the worst idea ever! It can take 20, 30 or more tries to pass ONE hard level! With only 15 lives to play with in one day there is no point even bothering to open the game. I have gone from playing several hours a day to about 10 minutes. This won't get me to buy lives, it will just drive me and many other players from the game. I do spend money on the game for extra moves and boosters, but not just for the privilage of playing!

When we this problem go away and let us play again as we did before. Please someone sort this out as you will definitely lose many players if we don’t get our lives back.
