Why am I not receiving lives that are being sent?

Thanks @parlady99 that might be a slightly different issue than the thread I linked. People not receiving lives in that thread could still open their envelope.

I take it that nothing happens when you click on your envelope?

I must admit having a greyed out envelope normally indicates that you have no messages.

But even the greyed out envelope is an issue that has occurred before. Back then it was an issue caused by King. It will be interesting to see if other people start complaining about this issue.

Thanks for trying to help. I tried what the link suggested but no help. I guess I will just get a long with the 5 lives and not get any help from my friends. Appreciate your effort

sorry but what is GAME TEAM and where is it located? I for one imagine they, whom ever they are as well as support team is well aware of this ongoing issue. Don't they read players comments or are they just trying to come up created ways for players to spend $$$. It's not that it's a negative thing but when a player can't even play like before or like me lost the $$ by buying boosters it makes for unhappy playing. With their technology today....one would assume they are WELL aware.

The Game Team is a mythical team that the Moderators mention when they reply to some problems. I am sure you know the type of response I mean

Cherry stuck at the exit when it should have dropped don't worry it has been reported to the Game Team.

As far as I know, no they do not read any of the comments here that isn't how this forum works unfortunately.

When you consider King's approach to designing levels is to use a level editor and just remove moves all of the time I don't think they are that technologically minded

If they knew what was going on there wouldn't be so many people complaining about how difficult the levels have become.
